Total Commander 7.02a PowerPack 2.15

Total Commander - a popular file manager with almost all the necessary functions such programmes.
In addition to all the functionalities inherent in the file manager, in the Total Commander uses built very convenient for multimedia and graphics, ZIP, ARJ, LZH, RAR, UC2, TAR, GZ, CAB, ACE and additional dll for other archival files; built ftp client - even just the beauty: You can download / upload files in a few streams, there is a resume, support www-proxy with ftp and there's even a function as connection-downloading-disconnection in a set time given to the ftp. Not to be redundant, and functions such as UUE / MIME / XXE encoding / decoding and cutting / gluing long files, as well as a host of other functions that are desperately needed for the files.
